For .com, your email will receive the change form and reply it to Internic. Then it finish. Do not have any charge.

For .com.hk, your email will receive the change message and don't need to do anything. We will do all for you. JUCC Ltd. (register ) will charge HK$200.

1. Sign up a Order Form and choose "exist domain" during the domain name check.
   
2. When the server settings are done, Newsbook will inform HKNIC about the transfer.
   
3. In about 2 working days, HKNIC will make an announcement to existing contacts (administrative, technical and billing). The domain will be transferred to successfully in another 5-7 working days unless HKNIC receive objection existing contacts.

How can I receive my bill?
We can fax or email your bill to you. If you have changed your email address or fax number, please inform us as soon as possible.

What method of payment do you accept?
You can send a crossed cheque to Flat 1, 1/F, Hung Tai Bldg, 37-39 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong by mail. Please call afterwards to confirm whether we have received it. Or transfer the fee to our account in Bank of China (a/c#: 012-874-1-068819-8). Please fax the receipt to us after the payment. Our fax # is 23967073.

How long will it take to create an account?
After you have handed in your order form and arranged the payment, it will takes about two to three working days to register a dot com domain name while a week's time to register a .com.hk domain name. When the account is ready, we will inform you through email along with your user ID and password.

Can I write my own CGI/ASP program and upload it to my web page?
If you are using our plan 88B or plan 150, CGI program will be supported. Plan 88B and plan 150 can support CGI programs written by Perl, PHP and C Language while our 88NT and 150 NT plan can support ASP. Therefore, if you plan to write a CGI program and upload it to your web page, please choose either one of these 2 plans.

What is unlimited email aliases service?
All our web hosting plans include unlimited email aliases service. One of the POP3 accounts can receive all the email sent to your web, i.e. anyname@yourname.com.hk. Whatever you write in front of "@yourname.com.hk", e.g. bill@yourname.com.hk, info@yourname.com.hk, or technical@yourname.com.hk, one of the POP3 email account can receive it.

Can I personally apply for .com, .net, and .org etc.?
Yes, you can apply for .com, .net, and .org personally and no relevant documents are needed. However, if you are thinking of applying .com.hk, you need to provide a Business Registration Certificate since only companies can apply for .com.hk.

Is it possible that my desired domain name is registered by another party after I have handed in my order form and before my application is successful?
It is possible but is not likely. If this really happens, we will inform you and can arrange for refund or can apply for another domain name at your choice.

How can I receive technical support from your company?

Can I host my web in your company if I dial up from another ISP?
Yes, you can receive online services (connecting your computer to the internet) from another ISP while host your web in our company at the same time.

What is domain redirect/parking?
You can apply for additional domain names through us and point them to your existing account in our company. This can increase the traffic of your existing account and you only need to pay an extra HK$300 parking fee per year for each additional domain name with this redirect function.
